OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED, IN ANY EVENT, THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO IAEXPERTOS.NET FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IAExpertos.net and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

10. Duration and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

If an amicable agreement is not reached, the parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Granada, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Integrity of the Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IAExpertos.net with respect to our Services, and supersede and replace all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, both written and oral, with respect to our Services.

No Waiver: No waiver by IAExpertos.net of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of IAExpertos.net to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
